The salesperson will paint a rosy picture and the "processing" team not fulfill it at all.

Dear Jama,
I would request you to please assign some knowledgeable consultant to my case. With less than a month to go for my landing, seems another amateur has been assigned my case and I am just beating around the bush in explaining to the consultant what is expected from them.
To specifically put things in place, I would like to understand my next steps rather than Advertisements of OtherVisa or some other websites.
As notified earlier, I am in Denmark, my wife is in India. We would be flying from the respective countries, ensuring that Primary applicant (I) reach Toronto before my wife before the expiry of the preliminary visa. Now, at a minimum I am looking forward to More Visa to support in the last leg of the process. These are my basic expectations from MoreVisa, which MoreVisa being an experienced Immigration Consultant handling hundreds of cases should be able to provide-
1. Landing in Canada- What are the documents that we should be carrying with us to ensure that there is no trouble with Immigration. To date, I haven\t received any checklist from MoreVisa. Immigration guidance, PR card assistance
2. Housing, Banking, cultural amalgamation
3. Professional assistance- Working in Canada, Resume marketing services
4. Government Benefits, Local transportation
By your consultant, I am being directed to a third party vendor, OtherVisa; who I am not sure if you are aware or not but are of no use. The "services" they suggest they would guide us with are -
Matrix sim card (which is easily available at the airport). I do not understand, they should be providing/ suggesting a local Canada SIM card rather than Matrix is expensive. Not sure, if they are working for "customer" interest or their own.
Bank account opening- they have only 1 option called ICICI bank with no justification as to why we should not open in any Canada based bank
Air tickets and Forex are minor things which are easily available online these days.
The only service, which they can assist us with is Housing for which as per them would be chargeable.
I would request you once again, to please have a look at my case and assign some experienced consultant to support in the Immigration process.

As regards the accommodation, charges are applicable for property search as per specification.The complimentary guidance is applicable for hotel accommodation if any client's intend to opt before they land there for the first time.
You will be required to pay the charges for assistance on property search as I understand they coordinate with agents in Canada .

You have provided a link to a website with a voucher code. Can you please let me know what is the reach of this website. What is the success rate from this particular website. Please share the labour market research, job FAQs, and schedule interview for us. When you say, accomodation charges were provided to us, can you please share in the email (sales) where has it been mentioned that it would be a paid service. Not sure, if you do not what to understand but the problem is that we were sold a completely different deal than what is being provided to us. Simran had assured to us that Post-landing services will be provided to us for free.
None of the things assured to me at the signing of the agreement with MoreVisa is being provided. Simran, the sales agent talked to my wife and told her that she will send her an email. SHE HASN'T DONE THAT. Not sure, if you do not want to understand but the problem is that we are merely requesting you for all the services that were assured to us. Please refer the attachment containing Simran'e email and provide to us whatever is written in that. Please do not harass me.
Please read above the issues and the attached email (provided above) from your sales agent.
Clearly, this is out of scope for you as you are unable to provide any resolution. Whatever services were assured to me, for which I am requesting you again and again, you haven't provided any update. I am tired and do not wish to re-type all the things once again (post landing services)- labour market research, interviews, accomodation etc. With less than 2 weeks to go for my Immigration expiration, I am getting very concerned and anxious. Please share the escalation hierarchy so that I can follow up with the concerned authorities and that they may provide an amicable solution. This is turning out to be a mental torture and harassment for us (my wife and I). Even after paying for the services that we were assured (in written) MoreVisa is being greedy and harassing us for more money at this stage of our application.

The jobs and permits is the job search team that MV has agreement with to provide job search assistance, as per my discussion with Simran's manager , there is no job assurance or interview assurance given, in fact we are not authorized to do so. We are totally into PR assistance and the job search assistance is only an extended services. Post
landing assistance as in 'property search as per specification' is chargeable and is not part of the package.
As regards the jobs and permits site , you would have already received the mail to verify the link , there will also be a chat room for your queries, you can place job search orders , a resume and covering letter also will be part of this services.
All the services assured are either rendered or are already in process, the PR application is assisted and you have received the same, the job search assistance is provided, the post landing guidance(except the accommodation) is also done. If you make the charges of 5k to the the 3rd party othervisas that also will get initiated
There is nothing else pending from our end . This is also as per my discussion with Simran's manager.
As regards the authority , I am the single point of contact in regards to any such escalation or discussions, however, we do not assure any job interviews or are involved in any LMIA aspects as the LMIA is purely an employer's prerogative.

As I understand, you are now contacting your internal colleagues (from different department- Sales) and reaching a mutual agreement. This is very good, but this is not helpful. The problem is that based on Simran's assurance I had purchased a package from MoreVisa. What was assured by the sales team representative- Simran has been attached above (her email). Now, you and Simran's manager can very well discuss and come to an agreement and deny all the services assured altogether. That doesn't help in any way. If I understand correctly, please confirm that it is the job of MoreVisa sales team to dupe customer by promising false assurances.
As you are aware, I had already filed my application earlier and had all the documents ready for CIC. The reason I went ahead and purchased a package of Rs40,000 + taxes from MoreVisa was based on the assurance from Simran (via her email and verbal commitment) that I would be assured of Post Landing services (Job). I had communicated to her that I have all the documents ready and I am aware of the reason for Rejection (Police certificate) which I will get once again for CIC. She, had assured me of a job, this is from her email -
1. Job assistance (Interviews- types of interviews, interview planning and research, interview FAQs and answers from Labour market research, SCHEDULING INTERVIEW). She had assured me of arranging a couple of job interviews with Companies Post landing (but since this was verbal communication) I am not going into that.
2. Accomodation guidance, Airport pick up and drop.
Please let me know if there is any emai / communication if you have done on the above 2 points as that is the bone of contention. If you cannot provide any solution, please share the escalation hierarchy as at this point in time I feel I have been duped by MireVisa for 40,000 and I would like refund of my money. This is a clear case of mis-selling to customers.

There has only been communication via this thread and with less than a week to go MoreVisa is still to provide me Post Landing services, which were assured to me at the time this package was "sold" to me. Hope you are doing good. Yes, we are aware that you are in Denmark and that is the reason, Visa consultant Simran Sisodia spoke with Mrs twice in last few days for the
clarification on commitments given. In the first call, after a long discussion, it came to a mutual consent for asking Other visas to contact your wife again for clarifying on next steps and charges involved (5000 INR). Because of this Ms Jama closed the complain also but as you reopened it, Simran again spoke to your wife to which Mrs disagreed to the consent given.
But as we duly understand your concerns, I had gone through a detailed look on the mail attached with complain and can find out that its Assistance/Guidance mentioned over the mail by Visa consultant. It was no where mentioned that Morevisas will pay for the same.

Seems, Ms. Simran Sisodia lied to you as she lied to me as there was no mutual consent between my wife and her. My wife had asked her to read the email which she had sent to me and then let her know (via email) why she is not providing the services that were committed by her. Either Ms Simran doesn't understand or goes about lying (that is not my lookout) but something that MoreVisa should look into. If you have any doubt about the conversation, I have been told that all conversations are recorded, so please hear the conversation between my wife and Ms Simran.
Again, this is highly unprofessional to me that the complaint that I (customer) had raised, Ms Jama without customer consent closed it.
Can you also please let me know why I should reach out to OtherVisa when I have come to an agreement with MoreVisa and I would understand all my confidential data should be with MoreVisa only. As, I do not see in any communication, in the past more than 6 months that I had to reach out to other vendors. Why exactly are you harassing me by making me run from pillar to post.
Since, you have duly gone through the email of the Visa Consultant, as I have been saying, please share what all has been provided in the email - Job assistance, interviews, labour market research, SCHEDULING INTERVIEW and accommodation guidance. To date, I haven't been provided any accommodation guidance. I have only received a call from OtherVisa wherein they have said they will charge me Rs5000 + taxes for accommodation guidance. Please provide exactly as to what was committed to me by Ms Simran in written. As Ms. Simran confirmed to my wife (please go through the recorded conversation) I had told her that the consultancy of reviewing of documents is worth 10,000-15,000 only and I had confirmed to her to pay 40,000 + taxes only when she had assured to me Post-landing services- accommodation and Job interviews.
Again, since you cannot also read English and understand what your VISA consultant has written and committed to me, I would once again request you to please refund my money or share me the point of contact who I should reach out to.

Sorry to mention but I can read English and that is the reason I can understand your concerns but herein it will not be correct stating that we are harassing you as Morevisas is a well known brand in the market and we are known for our success. The result can be seen as you are successfully granted PR Visa.
We respect the confidentiality of client's documents and don't share anything with outside vendors. Other-visas is a partnered company to take care of services after PR grant and i.e the reason it has been transferred to them. Your data will be confidential and will not be shared with any unknown vendors.
As you mentioned below that to date, you haven't been provided any accommodation guidance, So i will inform Other visas again to contact you for the same but to specify that Hotel accommodation assistance is complimentary and not the property search as per specification. As it's hardly a week left, we will surely not let you feel dis-satisfied with the services.

Great to know that you can read English and also understand the language. Please do not associate my getting Visa with your success as all you have done is harassed me since the time I have come into an arrangement with MoreVisa. The Complaints requests are a proof. Please check how many complaints I had raised to get the process working for myself (Jama can be your point of contact). And, how many calls I have made to MoreVisa and how many calls I have received from you folks. I am sure you keep call records.
Now, first please let me know why should I reach out to OtherVisa if all my agreements are with MoreVisa. How, you internally conduct your business should not impact what agreement I have with MoreVisa. If Other Visa is a partner company that is MoreVisa's internal process, when was I, client informed about this - before signing of the agreement, during signing of the agreement or at the last moment.
Please let me know what exact services has Simran (your process consultant) confirmed to me in writing via email. Please focus on Job and accomodation. Also, then let me know how MoreVisa has provided me those services.
To put things in perspective, about the harassment meted out to me-
1. After i received my Visa, I didn't receive any call from MoreVisa about any guidance whatsoever. I had to reach out to MoreVisa many a times before I received a call from Other Visa
2. After that, I had to raise a complaint on 25th february which is Open to date and no calls have been received form MoreVisa
3. I have repeatedly been asking for escalation hierarchy for the past 1 month and have not received any information to date.
4. I had reached out to MoreVisa only because, your process Consultant Ms Simran committed to me in finding a job and accomodation (as part of post landing services) in writing via email which MoreVisa has been ignoring and not providing any update for the past 1 month.
5. Again, I would request you to please provide me the services that were assured to me or refund my money. If you cannot do anything about it, please share the process to do so.

The PR process indeed assisted to you well and attached very few samples of your conversations with the Morevisas, in fact at one point of time though you came to us with an existing EE, we have to redo the entire EE as your nominated occupation given by you in the EE was not correct and we discussed and have re done the EE. Later complete guidance on the CIC and also post CIC application for inquiries etc was done.
Now you are raising a concern of the extended services , which is also initiated as per our commitment.
Again I am re iterating , we are not into jobs provision, we are tied up with a third party to assist in resume making and job search, the same is initiated for you. We also have initiated the post landing services,which we have the confirmation that you are interacting with the othervisas team already.
Morevisas is not into any job search or any post landing services directly, we only are linked up with 3rd party to provide this kind of assistance to our clients.

Very conveniently you have overlooked the number of service requests I had to raise to get the work done from you guys- chasing you and calling you to do a job which you should have done as part of the services assured (attached tickets).
I had agreed to get EE done not because nominated occupation was incorrect but you had suggested that if I follow your guidelines it will increase the prospect of getting application approved.

    6 months ago I have approached MORE VISAS for AUSTRALIAN PR process and i gave my details (education/experience etc) and also informed them (well in advance) that i am unemployed in the recent 2 years and even asked them if am eligible for the process OR not with the gap in my career? They asked me to pay 1200/- and get the eligibility check done and gave the positive results, so that i can continue with them. Before starting the process, i even asked them to give me the role of MORE VISAS in the PR process. They said for any further info i need to take their services by paying 70,000/-, After I paid them they just gave me the outlook of the process and asked me to submit the documents. After submitting all the documents, they came up saying that they cannot process for AUSTRALIAN PR, as they need the recent 2 years work experience papers, (which I've informed them in the very beginning that i am unemployed in recent 2 years).
    In the first place why did they gave me the eligibility test report positive,(that i am eligible), when the latest 2 years of the work experience is a MUST for the AUSTRALIAN PROCESS????
    Secondly they stopped responding to my calls/emails, I have to walk up to MORE VISAS office at BEGUMPET, multiple times to talk to them about "WHAT NEXT"? they are just least bothered about it and it was already 3 months wasted. Then i have left with no option then searching for another country, which I am eligible with 2 years of gap in career. After doing a lot of R&D i have decided that i will go with CANADA. when I approached MORE VISAS to transfer my PR PROCESS from AUSTRALIA to CANADA, they pressurized me to pay the extra SERVICE CHARGES of 25000/- to Transfer my file from AUSTRALIA TO CANADA process.
    When I have refused to pay service chargers extra because of their mistake and decided to withdraw their services and asked to refund my amount. Then they said that the REFUND PROCESS WILL TAKE MORE THAN 3 MONTH, THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 3 MONTHS TO KNOW HOW MUCH (MY) MONEY,I AM GOING TO GET BACK FROM THEM.
    Because of their mistakes i got struck with MORE VISAS, as i have left with no option i have asked them to negotiate on the service charges and asked 2nd time to give me the ROLE of the MORE VISAS, step by step written in the process of CANADIAN PR.
    However they have wasted more than 3 months of time and negotiated some amount but NOT ready to send the Role of MORE VISAS IN WRITTEN AT ALL. Without the written email from them how can one believe in them?
    MORE VISAS failed to give the proper information in the eligibility check and misguiding the candidates
    And pressuring candidates to pay the extra service charges to their own candidates, because of their mistakes.
    MORE VISAS cannot be transparent and afraid to give any written email with the Role and Responsibilities of MORE VISAS in the PR/VISA PROCESS

  2. Worst service ever by More Visas!
    6 months ago I have approached MORE VISAS for AUSTRALIAN PR process and i gave my details (education/experience etc) and also informed them (well in advance) that i am unemployed in the recent 2 years and even asked them if am eligible for the process OR not with the gap in my career? They asked me to pay 1200/- and get the eligibility check done and gave the positive results, so that i can continue with them. Before starting the process, i even asked them to give me the role of MORE VISAS in the PR process. They said for any further info i need to take their services by paying 70,000/-, After I paid them they just gave me the outlook of the process and asked me to submit the documents. After submitting all the documents, they came up saying that they cannot process for AUSTRALIAN PR, as they need the recent 2 years work experience papers, (which I've informed them in the very beginning that i am unemployed in recent 2 years).
